The desired minimum rental period is for seven nights with the usual changeover day on Saturday. Please contact me if you would like to stay but, if a Saturday arrival and departure is difficult, flexibility may be possible. A discount would be available for a stay of 2 or more weeks.
Guests should please depart no later than eleven in the morning, allowing time for the housekeeper to prepare the house for the next guests who should arrive no earlier than five in the afternoon. It would also be appreciated if guests could collect the keys no later than eight in the evening as it is always easier to locate somewhere new in daylight hours. Once the booking is confirmed and paid in full, directions and instructions about key collection will be provided.
If you are happy to book a holiday period we request that you confirm the booking by making a deposit of £250. This will also double up as a fully refundable deposit against breakages and will be returned after your stay, assuming no disasters!
The full payment should be made by two months prior to your desired holiday date or on confirmation of the booking if the planned holiday is sooner than that. A refund of 50 % will be made if notice is given at least one month prior to the holiday start date and, if alternative guests can be found for the cancelled dates, then a full refund can be made.
